- Ingredients
- ¾ cup mayonnaise use vegan if necessary
- 3 tablespoons Harissa
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- ½ red onion very finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced or grated
- 1 teaspoon sugar of choice
- ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
Method
- In a bowl add the mayo, Harissa, cilantro, vinegar, tomato paste, red onion, garlic, sugar, cumin, and salt.
- Mix vigorously with a fork until well combined, enjoy.
